Short version: we collect as little as possible, we don't track you, and anything you send us is only used to answer you.
What we collect
Enquiries you send us. If you email us or use the contact form, we receive whatever you put in it — typically your name, email address, organisation and project description. The contact form on this site opens a draft in your own email app; nothing is submitted to or stored on our servers by the form itself.
Basic server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical logs (such as IP address, pages requested and timestamps) to keep the site running securely. We don't combine these with anything else.
What we don't do
We don't run analytics, advertising trackers or third-party cookies on this site. We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it with third parties except where required by law or where you've asked us to (for example, introducing you to a specialist).
How we use your information
Only to respond to your enquiry and, if a project follows, to deliver it. If you become a client, project-specific data handling is agreed in writing before work begins.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up sensibly, then deleted on request at any time.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of your information, corrections, or deletion. Email healora98@gmail.com and we'll act promptly.
